Mississippi Cole Slaw


In large bowl, mix:
1 Large Bag Cole Slaw Mix
1/2 cup toasted Almonds, chopped
1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup each, Bell Pepper and Celery, chopped


In smaller bowl, mix:
1 tbs. Honey
1 tbs. Sweet Pickle Relish
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Pour the dressing into the large bowl with the slaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and store in refrigerate to enhance flavors. Return to refrigerator after serving.
